By downloading, installing, or using the Prediq app, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

Prediq is a prediction and opinion platform where users vote on the outcomes of real-world events across categories including politics, sports, economy, technology, entertainment, and more. Users earn points based on their predictions and compete on leaderboards and in private leagues.

Prediq is not a gambling or betting platform. No real money is wagered, won, or lost. Points and rankings are for entertainment and engagement purposes only and hold no monetary value.

3. User Accounts

• You may use Prediq with an anonymous account or sign in with Google or Apple.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You must not create multiple accounts to manipulate votes, leaderboards, or leagues.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Post offensive, hateful, or inappropriate comments
• Manipulate votes or leaderboards through automated means or multiple accounts
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Use the app for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the app or its services
• Impersonate other users or entities

We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these guidelines without notice.
