1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using SecsEQ ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of the App

SecsEQ is an emotional intelligence training app that presents real-life scenarios with a timed response mechanic. The App provides educational content, self-awareness tools, AI-powered feedback, and progress tracking to help users improve their emotional intelligence.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

4. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms and Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).

5. In-App Purchases

5.1 Free Tier

The App offers a free tier that includes 2 games per day with basic results and score tracking.

5.2 SecsEQ Pro (Lifetime Purchase)

The App offers a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase ("SecsEQ Pro") that unlocks:

Unlimited daily games
AI Coach features (post-game feedback, daily nudges, weekly summaries, full analysis)
Full insights (patterns, blind spots, tips, AI analysis)
Data export (JSON and CSV)
