Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the 30 Second CEO mobile application ("the App", "the Game") developed and operated by Islam Elshazly ("Developer", "we", "us", or "our").

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you ("User", "you", or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not download, install, or use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using 30 Second CEO, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the Developer. Your continued use of the App following any updates or modifications to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes.

2. Description of the App

30 Second CEO is a single-player iOS game in the educational and entertainment category. Players take on the role of a CEO and make business decisions within a 30-second time limit. The App is available for download on the Apple App Store and integrates with Apple Game Center for leaderboard functionality.

3. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, the Developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, and as permitted by the Apple App Store Terms of Service (the "Usage Rules"). This license does not allow you to use the App on any device that you do not own or control, and you may not distribute or make the App available over a network where it could be used by multiple devices at the same time.

4. Restrictions

You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:

• Copy, modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on the App, in whole or in part.
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices (including copyright and trademark notices) on the App.
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable local, state, national, or international law.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App, its servers, or any related systems or networks.
• Use the App in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the App or interfere with any other party's use of the App.
• Use any automated system, including but not limited to bots, scripts, or cheats, to interact with the App or to manipulate Game Center leaderboards.
• Exploit the App or any of its components for any commercial purpose without the express written consent of the Developer.
